Small Circle of Light Menorah, part of the Shardz collection by reknown artist Fay Miller. This beautiful piece is hard blown by the skilled artist. Small Circle of Light Menorah is an exquisite abstract which would add a stunning element to any office or home to enhance your Jewish celebration.
What started Fay Miller on her path to create her Shardz collection was a desire to craft beauty with her own two hands. She left a career working in graphic arts to take on artist glass creating. Intrigued by the reflective nature of glass, Miller’s work tends to be highly decorative and undisciplined – delighting in the random beauty of the glass shards and everything wonderful, joyful and ritualistic they represent.
Shardz exhibits include Beverly Hills Affaire in the Gardens 2011 – third place in glass, California State Fine Arts Exhibit-two awards of merit, Marin Museum of Contemporary Art, Group Exibit December 2010, Marin Society of Artists National Show 2009, California Class and Glass Artists Palo Alto Research Center Invitational, Pen and Brush Fine Craft Show, Orange County Museum of Art Craft Show, Art Festival 2010, Petroff Gallery Window of Opportunity, Color is Art and Temple Art Festival. The work is shown at galleries across the United States, England and Canada.
