"After a rewarding 20 year career, I retired and cultivated my creative interests and focused on art glass as my medium of expression. I have found my individual style and I am very content in my life."
Anne is a contemporary fused glass artist best known for her multidimensional, layered glass sculptures. Her glass work is always evolving and she is constantly exploring ways to go deeper with her imagination. Anne's love of color, texture and the beauty of glass is evident in her current abstract work. In it, Anne creates a diverse array of contemporary designs painted on glass with multiple layers of enamels which are fired in her kiln. Once cool, she adds layers of glass to the base, building interest and texture, then back in the kiln another time resulting in her abstract textural designs. Each of these cutting edge glass works are modern and fresh and hopefully elicit joy for the viewer.
